MULTi-hyphenate musical artist with 10 years of experience performing, recording, teaching, and writing music

Rachel Ohnsman is a multi-disciplined musical artist based in New York City. She has released two studio albums to date, Moon Songs and Lovers. Her next is Nuclear Family, an experimental project that utilizes orchestra and animation to explore family dynamics. Rachel performs and records a variety of styles, including jazz standards, classical and musical theatre repertoire, pop music, and her original work.

Rachel serves as music director for ensembles of various configurations, including vocal groups, worship bands, and instrumental ensembles, as well as musical theatre productions with amateur and professional casts.

Rachel has toured the United States, Europe, and Japan as a solo act and in professional ensembles, performing at venues such as Carnegie Hall (NYC), Stephensdom (Vienna), and All of Me Club (Tokyo). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2018, and her Master in Music in 2020, both from The University of Miami Frost School of Music.
